  • What are the delivery options and costs?
    We fulfill all orders from Singapore with free delivery - so no hidden costs!
  • How long does it take for me to receive my order?
    The general processing time is 24 hours after we have received your order. The average delivery time does not include the processing time. We will send out your order for delivery by the next working day, and delivery will be to your doorstep in about 2-3 workings days.
  • How do I track my order delivery?
    After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the parcel tracking number and tracking URL. If you have registered an account with us, you can also follow your delivery by signing in and selecting 'My Orders'. You can also contact us for assistance in tracking your order.
  • Can I request a return?
    If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange. Please note that the product must be in its original condition and packaging, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
  • Can I make changes to my order once it's been placed?
    Changes to order can only be made before we ship out the parcel. Please contact us directly to make any changes. stating clearly the items and quantity to amend.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    If you want to cancel your order, please contact us before your order has been shipped. We ship orders within 24 hours
  • What payment methods can I use?
    We accept payment through PAYNOW. Upon order, scan the QR code with your mobile banking app to make payment. For any queries or issues with payment, drop us an email at jiyitidbits@gmail.com
